The Consulting
Practice provides clients with Remote Management capability of
servers, workstations, applications, operating systems, database,
routers, switches, firewalls and other devices. This service can
be provided on an ad-hoc or scheduled maintenance cycle (Preventative
Maintenance).
We
have assisted clients with performing Remote Management of their
environment when customers feel that they either do not have the
appropriate skillset in-house, or simply want to outsource the
management of this activity.
Our
organization has appropriate experience and credentials with a variety
of technologies, including: Microsoft Windows and Server, MS Exchange,
IBM Lotus Notes, DataStage, and SAP to name a few.
